Once the bank reports your payment, the order enters the production list for a term of 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), from there we will proceed to pack your product and ship it through a carrier company; the delivery time depends directly on the carrier, (We will send you the tracking number so you can track it).

Keep in mind that if you pay for your order after 12 noon, it will go to production list the next business day.
